How often does my sprinkler system need to be inspected?

Inspections may be required quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your specific situation. Your service agreement with us will include the necessary inspections to keep you in compliance.

Is there anything I need to do to maintain my sprinkler system?

There are often items you need to do every month to maintain your sprinkler system. Your service agreement with us will stipulate what those items are and defines the roles of the service provider and the client.

Can you repair my existing alarm system?

In most cases, yes. When we sell you a system, the equipment is yours! We hope you’ll stay with us for monitoring and service, but you are free to have anyone you choose to service your equipment.

Pro Tip: Don’t get locked into proprietary arrangements. When the equipment you use is proprietary, we are not able to help.

Does my alarm system need to be registered with the city?

Most jurisdictions around the Omaha metro area do require your security alarm to be registered with the city.
